4. Pricing and availability

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made, even after the order has been confirmed.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch it. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we do not store your full payment details. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, graphics, and logos, belongs to Naruzen Living or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
